The house belonging to the Rivers State Commisioner for women affairs ,Mrs Joeba West as been Reportedly set ablaze this morning by some thugs in Buguma in Rivers state this morning. Some thugs also set ablaze the INEC office in Kalabari National College, KNC, Buguma in Rivers state.
